Human resource organisation
The Risk&Co Group assists worksite and institutional heads in drafting
Safety/Security Management Systems (SMS). These services include reflections on security policies, human resource organisation, any adaptation of organisational charts required and the definition of job profiles.
Where necessary, they may be supplemented by training sessions and awarenessbuilding sessions for staff on compliance with security measures.
Drafting procedures and plans
Throughout its operational phase, infrastructure remains exposed to risks that must be prevented and limited in time and space in the event of an incident.
The Risk&Co Group assists its clients in drafting procedures and safety/security instructions, including in terms of information protection.
These services include the drafting of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), emergency plans, contingency plans and disaster recovery plans.
Maintenance, repair and operations of safety/ security equipment
Operational Maintenance (OM) of a system or plant determines the effectiveness of the technical resources devoted to the security and fire safety of an infrastructure. Given the multiplicity and nature of the mechanical and electrical maintenance activities carried out on a site, rigorous intervention methods and procedures have to be in place for OM.
The Risk&Co Group assists its clients in drafting Specifications and Consultation Documents relating to the selection of preventive and curative maintenance service providers and human surveillance companies (guarding, reception).
The Risk&Co Group also assists its customers in commissioning new safety/security facilities and supervises the implementation and monitoring of service contracts.
At the request of its customers, the Risk&Co Group also performs non-destructive intrusion tests.
