Security training for business travellers

The Risk&Co Group’s analysts conduct training sessions for business travellers, as well as future expatriates and their families.

The “Frequent Travellers” training course offer covers more than 40 countries. It broaches issues relating to the safe movement of business travellers abroad – travel preparation, risky situations (customs clearance, road itineraries, choice of hotels) and actions to be taken in the event of any incidents (health crisis, attempted corruption, terrorist attack, etc.).

Support for business travellers

The Risk&Co Group’s services cover the entire cycle of a secured business trip, from its preparation to the travellers’ return to their country of departure.

Before departure, the Risk&Co Group’s experts carry out upstream studies and provide their clients with modular and adaptable security procedures.

In addition, our operational teams carry out on-site reconnaissance visits (routes, hotels, offices, production sites, etc.).

Once on site, business travellers are provided support right from the time they get off the plane until their return flight takes off.

During their employees’ trips, employers can inquire about their security at any time by means of a hotline that is available 24/7.

Employers’ obligations

The provisions of Articles L4121-1 and L4121-2 of the Labour Code list employers’ obligations in terms of training, information and the use of adequate resources to reduce the risks incurred by their employees and business travellers abroad. The Karachi, Jolo and Abidjan case laws confirm these legal obligations.
